Under pressure about 8 hours a day makes all of us stress sometime. This post will share how I relax and get rid of that stress.

Stress is such a "disease" that it can pull you into a "black hole" of depressed thoughts. This might control our deeds sometimes, so what you should do is a "real friend".
1. "Real Friend"
"Why should I need a friend when I stuck in stress"
"Real Friend" maybe is my mum, my dad , my girlfriend even a stranger. Who takes my trust will be the best method for me to get out of stress and make me more relax. Sharing passion and divide your sorrow always helpful. Choose a person who know how to listen is the best "drug" for me. 2. Peaceful Place
"Peaceful - reach my nerve"
Looking at flowing cloud in a dusk afternoon, see what was past and watch myself what I have done. Thinking about nothing after, let the time fly for about 30 mins.
3. Music
"Music have the power of reaching every single wounded heart"
Rock, Jazz, Lo-fi, Countryside, soft , hard or no lyrics,... are okay. The most important thing is I feel better at the moment I hearing it.
